The Charme Dance AI team: we watch every charme clip we write about, date every view count we quote, and show the trend with videos made on our own generator.

TL;DR — "Ty" by Esme70275 is the charme dance CapCut template the tutorials link. It was made on October 18, 2026, and its CapCut page counted 312,803 uses at 21:20 UTC on October 20, 2026.
When it won't work, the comments under those tutorials name the same three snags. The template link never shows, CapCut wants a sign-in or its app, or it asks for money. Three of the six fixes below are quick: tap the label on the video, check the template's name and creator, and sign in.
To skip the template, add one photo to Charme Dance AI. You'll get the first 15 seconds of the Pedra do Sal clip, with your person in the lead spot and the clip's own audio. One 720p video is $9.90, with no sign-up and no app.
You tapped where a charme tutorial pointed and got no link, a sign-in box or a price.
You aren't alone. On October 20, 2026, we read 135 text comments across six tutorials.

We opened the template page, read its count again late that day and went through the tutorials that link it. Below, you'll find a one-table summary, the exact template to look for, six fixes, and the route that needs no template at all.

Which CapCut Template Is the Charme Dance One?
The template every big charme tutorial opens is called "Ty", and a CapCut creator named Esme70275 made it. It's a CapCut template (an edit a CapCut user already built, with an empty spot where your photo goes). It's also the charme dance CapCut template behind the biggest tutorials.
Here's what its CapCut page showed on October 20, 2026:
- Creator: Esme70275.
- Made: October 18, 2026.
- Photo slots: 1.
- Length: 00:17.
- Frame: "Aspect ratio: 9:16", a tall frame for your phone screen.
- Uses: 238,309 at 08:46 UTC, 271,560 at 15:10 UTC, and 312,803 at 21:20 UTC. That's about 74,500 more uses in twelve and a half hours, or roughly 6,000 every hour.
- Preview: a video titled "THE WALKING STEP".
- Price: the page shows no price.

To open it from a tutorial:
- Open a charme tutorial that links it, such as the Spanish tutorial by @isolde3292 with 751.2K plays.
- Find the "CapCut · Try this template" label at the lower left of the video, just over the creator's name, and tap it.
- Make sure the page that opens is titled "Ty" and credits Esme70275.
- Press "Use this template"; when CapCut asks, sign in; then add one photo.
Of the 16 charme tutorials we checked on October 20, 2026, 15 link "Ty", including the five biggest, with about 2.3 million plays between them.
Charme Dance CapCut Template Not Working: 6 Fixes
Each of the six charme dance CapCut template fixes below starts with what people saw, in their own words where a comment says it. Each one ends with what you can do.
Fix 1: The Template Button Never Shows Up
Under the Spanish tutorial with 751.2K plays, one viewer wrote "a mi no me sale" (it doesn't show up for me). Under the Spanish tutorial with 747.3K plays, another viewer said they'd pressed the arrow and the blue circle and nothing came up.
Here's what we found: the link is the small "CapCut · Try this template" label at the lower left of the video, just over the creator's name.
Fix: tap that label on the video itself. A viewer under the 747.3K tutorial gave the same tip in a comment with 7 likes: "SOLO SE TOCA DONDE DICE PLANTILLA Y YA" (only tap where it says template, and you're done).
Fix 2: CapCut Wants a Sign-In or the App
On CapCut's website, pressing "Use this template" while signed out opens a box titled "Sign in to start creating" with five buttons: "Continue with Google", "Continue with email", "Continue with TikTok", "Continue with Facebook" and "Continue with CapCut Mobile".

Under the 747.3K tutorial, one comment with 2 likes said "eso tenés q tener una aplicacion" (for that you have to have an app).
Fix: sign in with one of the five buttons. If you'd rather skip the sign-in and the app, use the browser route further down.
Fix 3: The Template Asks You to Pay
Under the Spanish tutorial with 751.2K plays, one comment said "hay que pasar por caja" (you have to go through the checkout). Under @rika318294's tutorial, another viewer wrote "não é gratuito" (it isn't free).
The "Ty" page shows no price, and CapCut's help center page on credits for its AI features says those features run on credits worth $0.01 each. The help page lists no price for any template.
Fix: look at what CapCut asks for before you confirm a payment. On Charme Dance AI, by contrast, the button reads "Create · $9.90" before you've paid anything.
Fix 4: Your Tutorial Points to Another Template
@fflora77's tutorial (6,721 plays, posted October 20, 2026) links "Say It Right" by BatToS, a different template made on October 17, 2026, with 153 uses and a length of 00:15 on its page.
So it isn't "Ty", and it isn't the template the other 15 tutorials we checked link.
Fix: if the page that opens isn't titled "Ty" and doesn't credit Esme70275, go back and open a tutorial that links "Ty".
Fix 5: You've Tried Twice and Got Nothing
Under @rika318294's tutorial, one viewer wrote in a comment with 6 likes: "já tentei duas vezes e nada ou fiz errado ou não funciona." (I tried two times and got nothing, so either I got it wrong or it doesn't work).
Another commenter on the same post wrote "Não dá certo, já tentei várias vezes!" (it doesn't work, I've tried several times).
Neither those comments nor CapCut's page tells you why.
Fix: go through fixes 1, 2 and 4 once more to check you've tapped the right label, signed in, and opened the right template. If it still won't start, skip the template and use the route below.
Fix 6: The Preview Isn't the Seu Zé Clip
The preview on the "Ty" page carries the title "THE WALKING STEP". It shows other characters dancing at night in a square like the trend's, in the rain under lightning and floodlights, with blue tents behind them.
The clip the trend copies is the Seu Zé clip, a 27-second AI video @seuzerj posted on October 16, 2026.
So the preview you see shows neither Seu Zé nor the Seu Zé clip.
Fix: if the Seu Zé clip is what you want, use a maker that has the Pedra do Sal AI dance built in. You can also read how the charme dance AI trend started to see where the original video came from.
Skip the Charme Dance CapCut Template: One Photo in Your Browser
You can make Charme Dance AI videos for TikTok and Reels right in your web browser. The clip's opening 15 seconds and its own audio are preloaded, so one photo puts someone new in the lead spot. There's no template, no tutorial and no app.
- Your photo: you can pick yourself, a parent, a grandparent or a friend (each 18 or older). A cartoon or game character works too, or an AI character sheet with face and body views. The page's hint: one person or character facing the camera, with a clear face in good light, and full body works best.
- The rights box: you tick a box saying you have the right to use the photo and anyone in it is 18 or older.
- What changes: only the lead dancer. Face, hair, build and every piece of the outfit come from your photo. It's the same person from the opening glance to the final turn, with every step on the beat.
- What stays: everything else in the clip. You keep the Pedra do Sal crowd, the guy in the brown hat and white tank top, and a man in a shell necklace with long braids. You also keep the row of blue tents, the bright white floodlights, the old colonial houses with painted murals, the night light, the camera's path and the timing.
- What you get: a 15-second 9:16 MP4 with the clip's own audio from the first second. There's no watermark and nothing written on it, and you pick 480p, 720p or 1080p.
When you pick 720p, the button reads "Create · $9.90". You pay once as a guest, with no account, and the video starts right on the page. The same $9.90 pack holds 500 credits and covers a 480p video (375 credits) or a 720p video (500 credits).
Credit packs are one-time payments, and credits stay valid for 365 days. If a video fails, you'll get its credits back automatically.
Your receipt email also has a link that opens your videos on any device. The pricing page lists every credit pack.

More Questions About the Charme Dance CapCut Template
The charme dance CapCut template raises four more questions: who built it, whether CapCut can make a picture dance, how often it's been used and whether you need the app.
Who made the charme dance CapCut template?

The charme tutorials say so: their captions promise to turn a photo into a charme dance video, and they link "Ty", which has one slot for one photo.

For a charme dance video without the template, you don't need an app: Charme Dance AI runs in your web browser on any phone, tablet or computer.
Done With the Template? Take the Lead Spot Instead
"Ty" by Esme70275 is the template the charme tutorials send you to.
When it stalls, it's on a missing label, a sign-in wall, a payment, the wrong template or a preview that isn't the Seu Zé clip. Charme Dance AI skips all of that. It puts the person from your photo in the lead spot of the Pedra do Sal clip, with its own audio, for $9.90 at 720p.
You can make a charme dance AI video right now: add one photo, pick 720p, press Create, and pay $9.90. If you'd rather run the edit yourself, take a look at the charme dance AI prompt.
